When will my Item ship?

Orders can take 1-3 business days until shipment but, we strive for next day! Orders ship thru USPS with a tracking number. Once shipped it takes approximately 5 to 7 business days to arrive unless you choose priority.

PowerfulPups is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you have checked the correct address for shipping. Please contact usps for assistance if your package is lost.

What are your collars made from?

All collars are made of heavy duty strong webbing, with a breaking strength of over 600 lbs. 100% cotton fabric, slider for adjusting, quick side release buckle, and metal tag ring. All collars are adjustable.

Can the collars be washed?

All items can be washed.
Gentle cycle and lay flat to dry for collars.
For your collars we recommend putting them in a laundry bag or sock before putting in the cycle. Due to metal and plastic hardware it is recommended that collars should not be placed in the dryer.

Dog Bandanas should be hand washed and lay flat to dry. Those that have vinyl personalization should be ironed only on opposite side. Do not iron on top of the vinyl. Bows and Bow Ties are best if spot cleaned only.

I ordered the wrong size or style can I exchange?

Yes you can exchange within 3 days of your delivery date after that it will be nonrefundable. Please notify us thru email at hellopowerfulpups@gmail.com so you can receive the return address. You will then purchase the item you would like to have in the exchange and send back your item. Once item is received and in good condition you will be refunded for the item amount.

I changed my mind and do not want the collar can I return?

Yes you can return within 7 days of your delivery date and email tracking to us at hellopowerfulpups@gmail.com after that date items will be nonrefundable. Please notify us thru email so you can receive the return address. Once item is received and in good condition you will be refunded for the total item amount minus a 25% restocking fee since all items are handmade to order and not resold.

There are no returns on dog bandanas however if there is an issue notify us within 24 hours upon delivery and we will do our best to rectify the situation. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for loss of value of item.

Do you make requests?

Yes absolutely any custom requests can be emailed directly to us. Our customers make requests for bandana slogans or certain prints in martingales all the time. Contact us and we will check on inventory and make you a custom listing.

Privacy policy for Powerful Pups

Please do not tie out your dog by the collar outside unsupervised. Please understand that these collars and bandannas are not immune to breakage if chewed or played with; aggressive pulling and use. Powerful Pups is not responsible if your dog or anyone in your family results in an injury or death due to the items in this store. If your dog is aggressive towards people or does not do well with other dogs it is highly recommended that you use a more stable hard metal prong collar to control your dog. A fabric nylon collar is not good for aggressive and hard pulling dogs. Hardware can be unreliable sometimes due to the nature and size of some dogs.
